Hampton Inn Austin NW near The Domain

I booked a room on the nights of the 12th and 13th of September. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The Continental breakfast was very good and I would definitely book again. Jeff Speight

Nice Hampton Inn. Decent location not to far from downtown. Time to downtown 12 minutes without traffic. With trafic 20-30 after all it Austin. Decent breakfast and there coffee was much better than most hotels.

Stayed here for one night during UT graduation and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was clean, well-lit—especially around the vanity mirror—and had a functional desk for work. The beds were quite comfortable, making for a restful night. The location was convenient for commuting to the graduation events. Breakfast was decent and offered a good start to the day. The only downsides were that the in-room phone wasn’t working, so we couldn’t contact the front desk directly, and one of the elevators was out of service, which led to longer wait times. Upgrading the elevator system would be a great improvement

I booked this through TMobile because it advertised that it had airport shuttle and it was cheaper than going through the hotel website. Come to find out it did not have airport shuttle after I booked it. I don’t think I should have to go to the hotel website to confirm that. The agent I spoke with tried to give me a refund for some of my stay but it was denied. I think that if we use third party such as TMobile, the hotel should make sure they are advertising it correctly. They should also offer something of a refund if us consumers are being lied to.

I stayed here in 2025 through the summer for 3 months. I was in a double-queen bed room. The complimentary breakfast by itself is a $15-20 dollar value. The served items are on a daily rotation. The staff accomodated my requests. I was there for a quarter of a year -that is long enough for a guest to start wearing our furnishings/utilities. Things that needed maintenance were addressed as I brought it up. My room was serviced daily. My room and the facilities were always fresh. Location is ideal in the Domain area of Austin and its also close to the Arboretum area. Its right off the Mopac (Braker Lane) exit, and it is within a quarter mile of 183. I appreciated having a pool and gym room on site. There's two food trucks in the gas station lot within walking distance. Good hotel, even better staff.

Staff were excellent and incredibly friendly. Room was clean and about what you expect, but certainly well-cleaned. Location was perfect for business I had in North Austin

The best aspect of my stay was the staff — they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee was available throughout the day, which was nice. However, there were no on-site laundry facilities, so I had to use the laundry machines at the Homewood Suites next door.

Great hotel- staff and front desk has ALWAYS been amazing! (Makayla- Yuli- and Martha) so sweet Smells great - rooms are nice and comfortable in a great location!
